This role is pivotal to our success, offering you the opportunity to lead, inspire, and grow a team while driving service excellence. As the Service Manager, you will collaborate closely with the team to ensure the safe, efficient, and profitable provision of care services. You will be the key point of contact for your team and service users, responsible for maintaining high standards of care and fostering strong relationships. Your role is central to the success of your service, encompassing growth, team development, and the continuous improvement of services. Key Responsibilities: <ul><li>Have management responsibility for existing services and programs in Open Access</li><li>Implement quality standards across all sub-services and ensure that clear policies and procedures are in place</li><li>Be the primary point of contact for all the programs and services in Open Access including dealing with the funders</li><li>Be responsible for budgetary management and controls for OAS services</li><li>Lead the day-to-day operational functions of all Services in the Open Access</li><li>Take the lead in providing supervision and management for the relevant service coordinators.</li><li>Through effective leadership, ensure that the services operate in accordance with the vision and mission and with funding agency requirements.</li><li>Ensure that all staff are engaged in supervision and training to deliver services rooted in best practices.</li><li>Take a lead on the communication internally within Open Access</li><li>Lead the development of the services using evidence-based models of intervention and provide accurate data reports.</li></ul> Requires: <ul><li>Minimum 2 years experience supervising and managing a team in a community, addiction service or similar setting</li><li>Third Level qualification in a social care or related discipline (e.g., psychology, healthcare, youth work, community development, etc.)</li><li>An understanding of the complex issues relating to homelessness, mental health and substance misuse</li></ul> This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized and compassionate individual to make a significant impact on the lives of our clients while driving growth and excellence in their region. Senior SAP Business Planning and Consolidation (BPC) with Business Warehouse (BW) Consultant Job Type: Permanent Location: Dublin, Ireland (Hybrid - 1 day in Dublin per week)   The Role  As a Senior SAP Business Planning and Consolidation Consultant you will be in a strategic position and changes on a regular basis. You will work with a project that supports a key utilities provider in Ireland.
