This role reports directly to the CFO and will lead the group's financial reporting, consolidations, and compliance across multiple global entities. The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA) with strong technical expertise, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record in managing finance operations across borders. This is a strategic role offering exposure to ERP systems, investor reporting, and business planning activities. Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, you will have the following responsibilities: Treasury management <ul><li>Monitor bank balances and cash requirements</li><li>Reconcile bank accounts in Netsuite</li><li>Assist in the preparation of reports for group cash flow</li></ul> Accounts Payable <ul><li>Review all supplier invoices in Netsuite, while ensuring that all invoices are accurately accounted for and appropriately approved</li><li>Verify and reconcile supplier accounts in Netsuite to supplier statements</li><li>Prepare supplier payment runs</li><li>Manage monthly cash employee expenses and company credit cards</li></ul> Reporting <ul><li>Preparation and review of monthly revenue recognition entries</li><li>Perform a timely month-end close within agreed deadlines</li><li>Completion of balance sheet reconciliations and liaising with the Finance Manager to resolve any queries</li><li>Assist the finance manager with the preparation of monthly and quarterly reporting packs</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>A qualification in Accounting & Finance or a related field (or progression towards qualification)</li><li>Minimum 2 years of previous experience in an Assistant Financial Accountant or equivalent role</li><li>Previous intercompany transaction experience</li><li>Strong Excel skills (e.g., complex formulas, pivot tables)</li><li>Experience with Netsuite or an equivalent ERP system</li><li>Excellent time management and communication skills</li><li>Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills</li><li>Fluent English, both written and spoken</li><li>A preference for a high-intensity, high-energy work environment</li></ul> This is a Hybrid role which allows 2 days per week working from home.
