Key Responsibilities: * Troubleshoot complex technical issues. * Administer servers across OS platforms. * Remote administration (SSH, SNMP, WMI, PowerShell). * Work with network monitoring tools (SCOM, SolarWinds). * Understand XML, JSON, RegEx, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, VMWare). * Utilize troubleshooting tools like Wireshark. * Apply object-oriented programming skills (Java). * Analyze log files and implement ITSM, CMDB, and ITIL processes. IT Support Specialist Location: Cork   Job Type: 6+ months – highly extendable    Scope: <ul><li>Provide technical support to Client employees and contractors in person</li><li>Provide a high level of customer service and professionalism in accordance with client policies, practices, and expectations</li><li>Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues according to client expectations</li><li>Document issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in ticketing system</li><li>Advocate for the customer.
