We equip the business for future success by driving planning and decision making and by managing projects and key initiatives to accelerate growth.In this role, you will plan, organize and run the Learning and Development programs for all three regions Global Partnerships (GP) Sellside. You will work with stakeholders in Mastery, Product Go-To-Market, Sales and other teams to run our learning strategy, planning and programs. You will plan and organize workshops that develop skills and nurture peer-to-peer learning to enable our teams to achieve business objectives and grow individually.The Global Partnerships organization is responsible for exploring new opportunities with Google's partners. Google’s Global Partnerships team works with a wide range of partners to bring the best of Google to power their business. The Global Partnerships team supports Google’s own Product teams with essential partnerships to help Google’s user experiences in advertising, Search, Assistant, Maps, Travel, Shopping, Payments and more.
