As a Wintel Engineer you will join an existing team implementing, maintaining, supporting, developing and designing Microsoft based environments. You should have experience in virtualisation technologies, such as VMware / Hyper-V, Active Directory and storage/backup best practices hardware and operating systems. This is a hybrid role requiring onsite presence 2 / 3 days per week. What will you do? <ul><li>Provide technical support for a variety of users using IT services, e.g., staff, Board members, contractors, partners, etc.</li><li>Carry out backups, restorations, and disaster recovery.</li><li>Research into, and implementation on, new Microsoft tools to improve efficiency, performance, and cost effectiveness.</li><li>Implementing high level complex solutions within project deadlines.</li><li>Liaise with contracted support companies to support the ICT environment.</li><li>Advise on technical issues relating to the ICT environment, its maintenance and enhancement.</li><li>Document all issues as they arise and solutions when resolved using in-house Service Desk application.</li></ul> You should have previous experience in some / all of the following: <ul><li>Microsoft Office 365</li><li>Active Directory Administration</li><li>VMware / Hyper-V virtualisation</li><li>Windows 10 Operating Systems</li><li>Storage / backup systems</li></ul> Apply today for more information.
