We are looking for a Financial Controller to join our Operations team, and help to guide company decision making, as we scale into new markets. Axonista is a team of 35, located across Europe, with company operations headquartered in Ireland. Our customers are based in the US, and Europe, and we have plans to grow significantly in 2021 and 2022.

 

Who you are

You have been working as a Finance Manager in a scaling business for the last two to three years. You have a deep interest in, and understanding of, the mechanics of how businesses operate. You have an appreciation of Finance’s role in guiding and improving business processes, and have the capability to turn this knowledge into action to achieve company goals.

 

You are motivated by both team and personal success, you bring positive energy to your interactions with people, are customer-centric in your approach to solutions, and have a keen eye for quality and detail. You’re good at giving succinct, valuable feedback, and welcoming feedback from others. You know your way around a spreadsheet, and take pride in creating well-designed, legible reports. You love it when a good process comes together. What you’ll be doing

Reporting to the CEO, you’ll be working alongside our Operations team to run the financial operations of the company, as well as liaising with external partners including auditors, banks, investors, and tax consultants. You’ll be responsible for day to day management of financial operations, as well as participating in design and implementation of processes that feed data into company strategy.

  • Putting processes in place to accurately measure, and report on, the business operations of the company, collaborating on process touchpoints with other business functions
  • Preparation, and ongoing management of departmental budgets
  • Timely delivery of management accounts, with insightful commentary, reporting on KPIs
  • Working with internal business functions to produce operational reports
  • Managing relationships with accounting partners in Ireland and US for timely production of annual accounts, tax returns, audits, R&D Tax Credit claims, and other items
  • Forecasting, financial projections, and scenario modelling
  • Collaborating with Operations on grant applications and reports
  • Collaborating with other business functions to ensure the right data is
  • flowing to and from Finance
  • Contributing to sales pricing discussions
  • Participation in the creation of Finance policies and compliance

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for podiatrists to join our multidisciplinary teams across Ireland. If you’re looking for private practice experience, one or more of these positions may suit you.

You will also have access to a dedicated support team at our HQ, as well as structured performance management with the clinical director. We will also give you two days of induction training when you begin, where you will hear from other departments within the company too: marketing, operations, HR, etc.

This is a full-time position split between the various clinic locations, however we are open to part-time applicants.

What is the role and what are your responsibilities?

  • Treat a variety of skin ailment such as verruca’s, corns, calluses, etc.
    • Assess and treat ingrown toenails, clipping toe nails and general feet tidy up
    • Treat patients with diabetes at increased risk of foot disease who require preventative care and assistance
    • Determine the condition of a patient’s feet, ankles, or lower legs by reviewing his or her medical history, listening to the patient’s concerns, and performing a physical examination
    • Diagnose foot, ankle, and lower-leg problems through physical exams, and other methods
    • Provide treatment for foot, ankle, and lower leg ailments, such as prescribing special shoe inserts (orthotics) to improve and correct foot and ankle deformities
    • Give advice and instruction on foot and ankle care and on general wellness techniques
    • Educate patients on how to improve and/or improve conditions
    • Liaise with other healthcare professionals, such as GP’s, Physios and other members of multi-disciplinary teams, to exchange information about the background and progress of patients and Refer patients to other physicians or specialists if they detect larger health problems, such as diabetes
    • Meet continuous education requirements and maintain an up to date CPD folder
    • Write patient case notes and reports and collect statistics; as well as managing their payments, and issue receipts
    • Place stock orders and log repairs
    • In some cases, supervise student and junior podiatrists and enhance your teaching skills
    • Manage clinical risk and have excellent infection control awareness
    • Be caring, compassionate and professional and always have the patient at the core of everything you do
    • You may be required to create content and blogs from time to time
    • You may be required to work with the marketing team from time to time and provide them with on the ground feedback

    What experience and qualifications do I need?

    • BSc OR MSc (essential) with relevant clinical experience
    • Must be a member of the Society of Chiropodists and Podiatrists Ireland (SCPI) and hold current Professional Indemnity Insurance (essential)

    Who are we looking for?

    We are looking for experienced Chartered Physiotherapists to work in our clinics all across Ireland, both full-time and part-time roles. . The physiotherapist will primarily work independently with patients with neuro-musculoskeletal complaints.

    You will also have access to a dedicated support team at our HQ, as well as structured performance management with the clinical director.     What is the role and what are your respnsibilities?

    • Work with patients who have a range of conditions, primarily neuro-musculoskeletal
    • Independently assess, diagnose, develop treatment plans and provide treatment accordingly
    • Educate patients about how to prevent and/or improve conditions
    • Admin responsibilities; medical case notes, reports, statistics, managing patient payments and issue receipts
    • Liaise with other healthcare professionals in a timely manner
    • Conduct meetings with local GPs and referrers
    • Part-take and facilitate in internal study groups
    • Report stock levels and equipment repairs to the Operations Executive
    • Meet continuous education requirements and maintain an up to date CPD folder
    • You may be required to create content and blogs from time to time

    What experience and qualifications do I need?

    • BSc or MSc in Physiotherapy (essential)
    • Relevant private practice clinical experience preferred (2+ years)

    Who are Spectrum Health?

    Who are we looking for?

    We’re looking for a Chartered Physiotherapist who can work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team in our clinic in Waterford. The clinic is set within Waterford Medical Centre, where the team work closely with GP’s, nurses, a Physiotherapist and a Podiatrist.

    We are looking for a part time Physiotherapist to work 2 evenings a week and half day on Saturdays. You’ll also have access to a dedicated support team at our HQ, as well as structured performance management with the clinical lead. We will also give you two days of induction training when you begin, where you will hear from other departments within the company too: marketing, operations, HR, etc.

    The physiotherapist will primarily work independently with patients with neuro-musculoskeletal complaints.

    The salary range for this position €35,000-€45,000 based on full time hours depending on experience (will be pro-rata as this position is part-time).

    What is the role and what are your responsibilities?

    • Work with patients who have a range of conditions, primarily neuro-musculoskeletal
    • Independently assess, diagnose, develop treatment plans and provide treatment accordingly
    • Educate patients about how to prevent and/or improve conditions
    • Admin responsibilities; medical case notes, reports, statistics, managing patient payments and issue receipts
    • Liaise with other healthcare professionals in a timely manner
    • Conduct meetings with local GPs and referrers
    • Part-take and facilitate in internal study groups
    • Report stock levels and equipment repairs to the Operations Executive
    • Meet continuous education requirements and maintain an up to date CPD folder
    • You may be required to create content and blogs from time to time
    • You may be required to work with the marketing team from time to time and provide them with on the ground feedback
    • Other ad hoc duties as and when required

    What experience and qualifications do I need?

    • BSc or MSc in Physiotherapy (essential)
    • Relevant private practice clinical experience (2+ years essential)
    • CORU registration or S91 CORU application in process - please note you must be able to produce your application number (essential)
    • Chartered membership of ISCP (essential)
    • Professional Indemnity Insurance (essential)
    • Practice management software experience desirable
    • Microsoft Office desirable

    We are looking for a Financial Controller to join our Operations team, and help to guide company decision making, as we scale into new markets. Axonista is a team of 35, located across Europe, with company operations headquartered in Ireland. Our customers are based in the US, and Europe, and we have plans to grow significantly in 2021 and 2022.

    What you’ll be doing

    Reporting to the CEO, you’ll be working alongside our Operations team to run the financial operations of the company, as well as liaising with external partners including auditors, banks, investors, and tax consultants. You’ll be responsible for day to day management of financial operations, as well as participating in design and implementation of processes that feed data into company strategy.

    • Putting processes in place to accurately measure, and report on, the business operations of the company, collaborating on process touchpoints with other business functions
    • Preparation, and ongoing management of departmental budgets
    • Timely delivery of management accounts, with insightful commentary, reporting on KPIs
    • Working with internal business functions to produce operational reports
    • Managing relationships with accounting partners in Ireland and US for timely production of annual accounts, tax returns, audits, R&D Tax Credit claims, and other items
    • Forecasting, financial projections, and scenario modelling
    • Collaborating with Operations on grant applications and reports
    • Collaborating with other business functions to ensure the right data is
    • flowing to and from Finance
    • Contributing to sales pricing discussions
    • Participation in the creation of Finance policies and compliance
    • Ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of
    • Accounts Payable
    • Accounts Receivable
    • Cashflow management
    • Bookkeeping & bank reconciliations

    Must Have Experience

    • ACA - Chartered Accountant qualification
