Indeed, this is a full time permanent role. Location: As this role is in North Cork, it may suit candidates within a commutable distance in Cork, Kerry, Limerick. Tipperary and Waterford. The Inside Sales Team Manager will be responsible for building an effective team of inside sales professionals. The Inside Sales Team will support the growth of our clients org across key customer segments by delivering value and unrivalled customer experience across our clients omnichannel business structure The Inside Sales function will ensure the highest level of sales performance & customer experience is achieved by: <ul><li>Leading & supporting key seasonal sales campaigns and sustainability initiatives across our clients Agribusiness</li><li>Supporting our clients' customers & wider sales team through farm advisory & sales through phone, email, farm calls and events</li><li>Collaborating across field and office teams to achieve wider team goals (to include ASM, Retail, Marketing and Mill Operations teams, core customer groupings, marketing, procurement, and finance functions)</li><li>Leading development & integration of our CRM platform across sales & operations teams</li><li>Support customers and team with our Gateway customer platform development and customer service </li></ul> The Candidate <ul><li>Possess a 3rd level qualification in a relevant discipline such as Agricultural Science, Business or IT.</li><li>Have previous role-related competence and experience.</li><li>People management and expertise in customer service is essential for this role.</li><li>Technical & Commercial CRM usage and development a distinct advantage</li><li>Be proficient in MS Office suite : Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Knowledge of software including Intact, CRM, Oracle EBIZ and Oracle reporting tool are a distinct advantage.</li><li>Demonstrate great organisational skills, with the capacity to prioritise and see tasks through to completion.</li><li>Be proficient in using business intelligence tool to interpret & analyse business performance data.</li><li>Show resilience and be capable of dealing with pressurised situations and deadlines.</li><li>Be a Strong Communicator with proven sales coaching and mentoring capability.</li><li>Driven to use and develop technical knowledge to benefit our team, customers and suppliers.</li></ul> Remuneration <ul><li>Competitive wage opportunities alongside annual bonus scheme.</li><li>We offer our people an exciting and challenging career, with a supportive community of colleagues, and constant training and up-skilling opportunities.
