Key requirements:

  • Experience in medical device industry and working with customers who have FDA regulated products 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively at all levels in and outside of the company
  • Excellent customer relationship management skills
  • Exceptional commercial ability, capable of negotiating and executing on significant commercial deals
  • Self starter with demonstrated initiative, high sense of urgency and commitment to execute

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Devise and execute hotel sales & marketing promotional campaigns through local & national media, evaluating & reporting on marketing outcomes.
  • Attend Group consumer and trade promotions as required and schedule relevant individual promotions for the hotel.
  • To ensure the accurate processing, distribution, recording/filing and follow up of all sales correspondence, including the execution of contracts, quotations, confirmations, cancellations, etc. Utilise CRM system for client database building.
