In the role you will work on change projects related to an internal application and business intelligence framework analysis. You will have experience with the SDLC, a metrics-driven mindset, and the ability to work independently. </td></tr></tbody></table> What you will be doing in the role: <ul><li>You will organise workshops with stakeholders to understand processes and identify improvement opportunities.</li><li>You will produce clear business process requirements and acceptance criteria documentation.</li><li>You will partner with product managers and SMEs to refine business requirement documentation.</li><li>You will define and manage risks, dependencies, and issues related to change initiatives.</li><li>You will engage with developers to ensure understanding of business requirement acceptance criteria.</li><li>You will perform market research on the reinsurance landscape and related products.</li><li>You will manage business analysis responsibilities for multiple projects.</li><li>You will collaborate with the Project Manager on project scope, workstreams, and acceptance criteria.</li><li>You will negotiate and collaborate on alternative solutions with stakeholders.</li><li>You will conduct cost/benefit analysis for implementation activities.</li><li>You will facilitate product backlog management and write test cases for user stories.</li><li>You will coordinate user acceptance testing and run training sessions for users.</li><li>You will secure approval for change management activities from senior product managers and stakeholders.</li></ul> What you will need: <ul><li>You will have 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Financial Services, focusing on software development and data analysis.</li><li>You will have experience in gathering requirements from cross-functional groups.</li><li>You will have strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.</li><li>You will have excellent communication and data presentation skills.</li><li>You will have proficiency in Lean and Agile methodologies, MS DevOps, Kanban, and Confluence.</li><li>You will have intermediate to advanced knowledge of Power BI, MS Excel, Word, and Visio.</li><li>You will have an IIBA-CCBA certification (preferred).</li><li>Experience in the Insurance/Reinsurance industry is preferred.</li></ul> What the organisation will offer you: You will join an organisation that offers a dynamic and innovative environment where your contributions directly impact the success of the organisation.
