Responsibilities

  • Manage the reception for the business and handle a high volume of calls and emails
  • Act as first point of contact for customer queries
  • Liaise with customers via phone and email
  • Deal with any issues in an efficient and timely manner and escalate to management where necessary
  • Liaise with colleagues, management and external stakeholders as required
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships
  • Ensure all documentation is completed, managed and maintained accurately and efficiently
  • Other related ad-hoc administrative tasks where necessary

Requirements

  • 2+ years' experience in a similar role
  • Comfortable in a busy environment dealing with a range of different tasks
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong customer focus
  • Highly organised with excellent attention-to-detail
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively
  • Flexible and adaptable to support business needs with a positive attitude
  • Strong administration skills and high proficiency in MS Office suite

TMI are a busy traffic management company with an office base in Cork at Dunkettle for which we require an administrator.

 

You will be reporting to our Cork based management and administering all activities within the Muster Region.

 

Duties include but not limited to;

 

  • Weekly payroll administration
  • Manage roster and distribute information
  • Collect and collate worksheets
  • Monitor hours and timesheets
  • General administrative duties and reporting.
  • Working closely with other departments to ensure the correct and timely sharing of information.
  • Communicating with various staff throughout the company.

 

Applicants must have;

 

  • Good computer skills (excel, word, outlook, Gmail etc.)

Internship Description

Job Title: Office Administrator - Project Management 

Reporting to: Customer Success Manager

Department: Translation and Interpreting, Office Administration.

Overall Purpose: You will provide office administration and project management support and assistance to your manager in the delivery of localisation projects, translation and interpreting services to TRANSLIT clients in line with Company operating standards, procedures and guidelines .

This is an unpaid internship. The payment is assumed by educational institution, scholarship fund or an Intern themselves.

Requirements
  • Previous work experience in Project Management is mandatory
  • Experience in CAT tools (preferably Smart CAT)
  • Fluent in written and verbal English (C1 level)
  • Self organization skills with ability to prioritise a heavy workload and self disciplined with ability to deliver results on time every time
  • Exceptional communication and listening skills with ability to navigate and overcome language barriers
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite with average typing speed
