This position
DocuSign is seeking a Technical Project Manager to support the site reliability and service infrastructure aspects of our Product Technical Operations team and Data Center Environment. This position requires a depth of technical experience working with highly available environments and complex system architectures, as well as bold resourcefulness and high energy to drive projects to on-time completeness.  To be successful in this position, the candidate must be self-directed and self-motivated, yet capable of taking instruction and feedback.  This role will interface with several teams on wide ranging projects requiring clear communication and strong organization skills. 

This position is an Individual Contributor and reports to Senior Director, Product and Site Operations Infrastructure.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Network, Compute, Storage, Architecture, Live-Site and other engineering and operations teams to drive priorities across functions to meet project timelines  
  • Define targets and metrics for your project areas and regularly measure to ensure accountability 
  • Assist in troubleshooting a variety of issues across software and hardware deployed globally in DocuSign datacenters
  • Continually work towards making process improvements in our scaled agile environment

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or equivalent
  • 5 years relevant experience as a Technical Project Manager, Support, Operations or Systems Administration role 
  • Ability to coordinate tasks across functional groups, manage cross-functional projects to completion, communicate and coordinate with a wide variety of individuals and teams 
  • Fluency spoken and written in English and French

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using business applications such as JIRA, Confluence, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project 
  • Excellent communication skills, including presentation skills
  • Experience writing technical documentation 
  • Natural aptitude for both teaching and learning from others in a collaborative team environment

To be successful in this role, we are looking for you to have the following;

- Previous experience as a project administrator, document controller or personal assistant is essential.

- Outstanding stakeholder management skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships

- Experience raising purchase orders, receipting of invoices, ensuring payments are made on-time and reconciling cash flows with approved budgets and purchase orders.

- Experience dealing with sub-contractors and co-ordinating contract communications with project teams.

- A history of effectively co-ordinating a meeting schedule and assisting in the production of meeting minutes and recurrent project reports.

- An organised and methodical approach to work

- A keen eye for detail

- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)

- An ability to understand technical concepts

- An ability to work independently to agreed timelines, and to deliver on commitments made.

- A strong team player with the willingness to support other team members during key project periods.

Purpose of role:
Support and develop the Primark Security Operations function to ensure that all policies and procedures are correct, projects are supported and rolled out, and day to day admin is managed efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Become a champion of the Security policies and procedures ensuring best practice is being adhered too across all markets and locations
  • Carry out a gap analysis of current documented Security policies and procedures to identify and prioritise policies that need to be reviewed/created

  • Essential knowledge, education, skills and experience:
  • Have previous experience in an administration role, ideally in a fast paced organisation
  • Ideally retail experience within Primark Stores
  • Business related qualification - desirable but not essential
  • Excellent planning and organisation skills, ability to multi-task, plan and prioritise work schedule for self and team, and work within agreed timescales

This position
DocuSign is seeking a Technical Project Manager to support the site reliability and service infrastructure aspects of our Product Technical Operations team and Data Center Environment. This position requires a depth of technical experience working with highly available environments and complex system architectures, as well as bold resourcefulness and high energy to drive projects to on-time completeness.  To be successful in this position, the candidate must be self-directed and self-motivated, yet capable of taking instruction and feedback.  This role will interface with several teams on wide ranging projects requiring clear communication and strong organization skills. 

This position is an Individual Contributor and reports to Senior Director, Product and Site Operations Infrastructure.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Network, Compute, Storage, Architecture, Live-Site and other engineering and operations teams to drive priorities across functions to meet project timelines  
  • Define targets and metrics for your project areas and regularly measure to ensure accountability 
  • Assist in troubleshooting a variety of issues across software and hardware deployed globally in DocuSign datacenters
  • Continually work towards making process improvements in our scaled agile environment

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or equivalent
  • 5 years relevant experience as a Technical Project Manager, Support, Operations or Systems Administration role 
  • Ability to coordinate tasks across functional groups, manage cross-functional projects to completion, communicate and coordinate with a wide variety of individuals and teams 
  • Fluency spoken and written in English and French

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using business applications such as JIRA, Confluence, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project 
  • Excellent communication skills, including presentation skills
  • Experience writing technical documentation 
  • Natural aptitude for both teaching and learning from others in a collaborative team environment
