P1 Process Development Engineer Role
Reports into Process Development Manager
Mission
Lead the specification, selection, vendor machine build, installation, and qualification of new Manufacturing equipment, in Valeo Tuam, and itrsquo;s daughter sites.
Oversee improvementrsquo;s and upgrades to existing equipment.
As process owner, provide guidance to process engineers at each site.
Tooling, machine amp; process upgrades to facilitate new products
Responsibilities
Lead the introduction, upgrade, and industrialisation, of key Process Steps at Tuam amp; Daughter sites. Examples being PCB Underfill, PCB Depanel, Screw Assembly, Cobots, Dispense, Laser Weld amp; Etch, Assembly machines, Pressure Test, and general automated robotic manufacturing solutions.
Support DFM Reviews with Design amp; Test Engineers to ensure Product Designs are compatible with the manufacturing Process Steps.
Presentation of Process at Customer meetings.

Co-ordinate equipment vendor, including Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT)

Machine amp; Cell Layout (CAD)

Equipment Documentation Creation amp; Up-date (Process Standards, Work Instructions, Maintenance, Spare Parts, Set-up procedures, Troubleshooting)
Lead Equipment amp; Line Moves (Customer Communication ndash; PCCB/Tech Comit, Manage Equipment Supplier personnel and External Contractors when on site)
Equipment amp; Process Risk Assessments ndash; detailed analysis of H amp; S issues in advance of the introduction of New Equipment/Processes and post commissioning.
Qualifications:
Professional Experience:
Minimum 5 years Experience within medium to high volume Manufacturing Environment.
Experience with high tech, automated equipment required.
Experience with co-ordinating machine vendor build amp; installation required.
Practical experience with having process ownership for equipment required.
Electronics or Automotive beneficial, but not essential.
Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing Design, APQP, PPAP MSA, PFMEAs, DFM Rules amp; 5S beneficial, but not essential
Experience in Project Managing the delivery of volume manufacturing solutions is beneficial.

Full timeWe’re looking for a highly motivated Sr. Oracle ERP Cloud Analyst. This position will be involved in the development, implementation and support of global implementation of Oracle ERP cloud. The Sr. Oracle ERP Cloud Analyst will be a member of J2 Global’s Enterprise Applications team. As a member of this team, this role will work closely with Finance and other business teams to support their Oracle Cloud development, analysis, and user support needs. This is a hands-on technical role.
Strong Technical skills with some functional knowledge are required. Knowledge and experience working with Oracle ERP Cloud (Fusion) is required. Expert level knowledge of seeded Oracle tables, experience with building interfaces, APIs, modifying BPMS / workflows, reports, jDeveloper are needed. Good knowledge of core financial modules GL, AP, FA, AR, CM is needed. Experience with Oracle ERP cloud is a must.
Experience integrating cloud services (interfaces, conversions, creating applications using FBDI, ADFDI and ADF scripts required.
This position will support the global Finance and Accounting teams from both a functionality and development perspective, and will assist those teams leveraging Oracle Fusion more effectively
