Providing our users with immaculate dashboards, graphs and other storytelling aids to translate data and analytics into a format that is easy to understand, visually compelling and engaging.Careers with Optum offer flexible work arrangements and individuals who live and work in the Republic of Ireland will have the opportunity to split their monthly work hours between our Dublin or Letterkenny and telecommuting from a home-based office in a hybrid work model.Primary Responsibilities:•    Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to present the value of design decisions. •    User Research: Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gather insights. •    Wireframing and Prototyping: Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design ideas. •    Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment with business goals. •    Usability Testing: Plan and conduct usability tests, analyze results, and iterate on designs based on feedback. •    Design Systems: Contribute to and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across products. Create, maintain and evolve our digital design guidelines to ensure brand consistency. •    Visual Design: Create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces using design tools like Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.Required Qualifications:•     Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or related field.  •     Proven experience in UX/UI design for digital products and systems, not just websites. •     A compelling portfolio that demonstrates your expertise. •     Deep proficiency in design and prototyping with Figma. •     Strong understanding of user-centered design, responsive design, accessibility standards, and an intuitive grasp of what makes an experience engaging and effective. •     Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. •     Highly organized with an ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.Preferred Qualifications:•    Experience with designing analytics/dashboards. •    Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. •    Experience with enterprise design systems/standards. Please note you must currently be eligible to work and remain indefinitely without any restrictions in the country to which you are making an application.
