We are looking for people who can collaborate cross-functionally, demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, have proven experience, and the ability to operate flexibly in a rapidly changing work environment. Careers with Optum offer flexible work arrangements and individuals who live and work in the Republic of Ireland will have the opportunity to split their monthly work hours between our Dublin office and telecommuting from a home-based office in a hybrid work model. Primary Responsibilities:•    Ability to apply modelling techniques to specific therapeutic classes, individual clients and at a macro level for all clients. •    Collaborate with various internal teams to ensure accurate rebate calculations and payments •    Work with other departments to align modelling methodologies across our business.  •    Embed forecasting models to predict future trends in drug utilization, costs, and savings. •    Provide insights into market dynamics that impact rebate strategies. •    Continuously improve forecasting accuracy through advanced statistical techniques. •    Design predictive models to anticipate future healthcare trends, patient behavior, and treatment outcomes. •    Utilize machine learning algorithms to enhance model performance. •    Interpret model results to inform strategic decision-making for our organization and our clients. •    Conduct comprehensive data analysis using large datasets from various sources (claims data, clinical data, etc.). •    Identify patterns, trends, and insights that drive business value •    Develop dashboards and visualizations to communicate findings effectively. •    Present findings and scenarios in a clear manner to internal and external audiences. •    Conduct in-depth analysis of different therapeutic classes to inform drug coverage options. •    Understand and evaluate the clinical effectiveness and economic impact of pharmaceutical products. •    Provide recommendations based on evidence-based medicine principles.
