My client, a well-established legal firm is recruiting an experienced legal secretary for their office in Cork City Centre.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to solicitors
- Managing and updating files
- Drafting, formatting and amending a range of correspondence and legal documents as required
- Client file management
- Ensuring the case management system is maintained and updated in an efficient and timely manner
- Diary/calendar management
- Liaise with clients and counsel via phone and email
- Liaise with other third parties as required
- Other related administrative tasks as required
Requirements
- Min 1 year's experience in a legal secretary role
- An interest in Law is preferred
- Self-starter who can work on their own initiative
- Highly organised with the ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Understanding of the need for confidentiality and discretion
- Excellent communication skills and a professional manner
- Strong administration skills and proficiency in MS Office suit
- Experience with Case Management software is beneficial
