Responsibilities: <ul><li>Assisting with the preparation of weekly management accounts across multiple technologies, ensuring accuracy and deadlines are met</li><li>Supporting analysis around production output, profit margins, and yield-helping to identify variances and provide insights</li><li>Contributing to sales and purchasing analysis to inform business performance</li><li>Helping to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements across departments</li><li>Gathering key data inputs for budgets and forecasts</li><li>Assisting with customer profitability reviews and reporting</li><li>Providing insight into direct cost trends and contributing to ongoing cost transparency</li><li>Highlighting and supporting improvements in processes to drive efficiency</li><li>Building strong working relationships across departments to ensure smooth data collection and internal collaboration</li><li>Assisting with overhead analysis to support budgeting and strategic planning</li><li>Working closely with sales, production, operations, and inventory teams to keep everything aligned</li></ul> Skills required: <ul><li>A relevant qualification from a recognised professional body an advantage (e.g., AAT, CIMA, ACCA)</li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills-you'll be working closely with various teams across the business</li><li>Solid IT knowledge, with advanced Excel skills essential; experience with Insight is a definite advantage</li><li>An analytical thinker with a problem-solving approach, able to break down complex issues and find practical solutions</li><li>High attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines</li><li>A proactive team player with a track record of achieving goals and driving results</li><li>A self-starter who shows initiative and understands what it takes to get the job done</li><li>Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive and professional attitude</li></ul> This is a full time permanent role which offers some flexibility (Hybrid /WFH ) For full details and to apply in strict confidence, send a current CV to Elizabeth Brannigan via link provided.
