The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a Business Administration / Business Analysis / IT background and in-depth knowledge of Information Security / Compliance best practices and certifications with direct experience in successfully onboarding SaaS platforms with large Enterprise Clients and efficiently completing their Information Security Audits and Onboarding procedures, specifically:
- Have direct experience in information security best practices and regulatory requirements, specifically ISO 27001, FSQS and the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).
- Carry out regular risk assessments and internal audits of new and existing systems to identify areas of risk where heightened controls may be required. Actively maintain risk registers accordingly and communicate same to the various stakeholders.
- Carrying out ongoing internal audits to ensure compliance with ISO 27001, FSQS, HIPAA and specific enterprise clients information security requirements as agreed in enterprise agreements.
- Work closely with our IT Team: Systems Administrators, Software Engineering and Quality Assurance teams on a range of projects designed to further develop the companys security programme.
- Implement and maintain company wide ISMS including issuing ongoing risk assessment ./ management, guidance to the company and actioning any ongoing changes to the requirements and regulations to ensure we are continually compliant with our Information Security certifications.
- Have experience in working directly with internal stakeholders, external Information Security consultants and directly with external auditors to prepare, coordinate, manage and resolve any items with respect to information security audits and certifications.
- Have experience in efficiently completing enterprise client information security questionnaires (CAIQ or similar) and be proficient at quickly completing same.
- Coordinate the efficient completion of information security audits and procurement questionnaires across multiple teams to ensure everyone is aligned and audits are completed on schedule.
- Responsibilities for ensuring HIPAA compliance, CAIQ and FSQS controls inline with the organization's business requirements and strategies.
- Report the status of group information security to the CEO and other relevant internal parties.
- Responsibilities for investigating data breaches and implementing measures for their future prevention and/or containment.
- Some experience in Software Quality Assurance testing and Technical Product Demonstrations is an advantage.
- Build strong relationships within the business to influence attitudes and behaviours in relation to Information Security and the business advantage that can be derived for same.
- Create and maintain an internal, company wide marketing campaign to promote the criticality and competitive advantage of information security and instill a company wide culture of Information Security and the criticality of keeping customer data safe.
- Responsibilities for organizational security awareness, including ongoing staff training, onboarding new employees etc.
About You
- Direct experience in a cyber/information security role with previous experience, working in a SaaS company that is subject to ISO 27001, HIPAA and FSQS.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, well able to explain IT security issues.
- Experience developing information security policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines.
- A strong working knowledge of IS management frameworks ISO2700, HIPAA and FSQS
- Highly motivated & flexible with the ability to work under pressure and on own initiative.
- Demonstrate good judgement in navigating challenging issues and in recommending an appropriate course of action.
- Excellent project management skills with an ability to set and achieve goals, meet deadlines and multi-task.
