Collaborate with partners and other senior leaders to develop strategic plans for the tax department. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA certification is required. Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in tax management within a public accounting firm or a similar environment. Proven track record in business development and client relationship management. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide junior staff. Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
