This role is based on site and you will be reporting directly to the Finance Manager. Key responsibilities <ul><li>Process all supplier invoices to correct nominal code.</li><li>Process monthly supplier payment runs in multi currency</li><li>Prepare monthly creditors reconciliations</li><li>Run End of Month process and produce monthly reports</li><li>Work closely with suppliers & internal departments to resolve queries in a timely manner</li><li>Post and correctly allocate all bank payments</li><li>Produce monthly Intrastat report</li><li>Assist Finance Manager with analysis/reconciliations as required</li><li>Other ad hoc duties as required</li></ul> Required Skills <ul><li>2 years+ experience in a similar role</li><li>Prior use of accounts payable software</li><li>Good knowledge of Microsoft Office particularly Excel and Word</li><li>Strong organisational and communication skills</li><li>Prove experience of working to deadlines</li><li>Training and full support provided</li></ul> For full details and to apply in strict confidence, send a current CV to Elizabeth Brannigan FRS Recruitment via link provided.
