This position will be based in Cork, Ireland and report to the EMEA Compensation & Benefits Manager. This role will be involved in various aspects of compensation & benefits from providing compensation analysis to assisting with execution and delivery of regional or global projects. Reporting to EMEA Compensation & Benefits Manager, this role will be responsible for:
Support day to day compensation & benefits management and operations in the region to ensure alignment with business goals and a robust Total Rewards framework to attract, motivate, engage and retain employees.
Assist with the compliance and governance of compensation and benefits policies and programs, monitor market trends, identify risks, perform audits and provide solutions.
Assist with the new compensation & benefits policy and program setup and new market expansion as business grows.
Regular maintenance of internal compensation and benefits guidance resources for HR and managers.
Create and maintain the regional compensation and benefits content on the employee portal based on the current programs and policies.
Conduct routine market research and provide timely compensation analysis and support for new hire offers, compensation & benefits packages related to job changes and relocations.
Act as the first point of contact for compensation and benefits queries and issues raised by employees, payroll, HR, and vendors.
Support the execution and delivery of other regional or global projects and initiatives as needed.
Requirements:
2-3 years of experience working as a Total Rewards Analyst or Compensation & Benefits Analyst in a global, public technology company.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Economics or related field.
Knowledge of key compensation & benefits areas and its operations.
Strong analytical skills with “attention to detail” focus.
Strong work ethic with a “can do” attitude and a customer-focused mindset.
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment and deliver desired results.
Ability to work independently, initiate and identify solutions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Highly proficient with Excel (all commonly used formulas, pivot tables and diagrams).
Familiar with Google Suites (Google Doc, Google Sheet, Google Slides) and Workday.
Experience with Tableau is a plus.
