Job Type: Permanent Location: Dublin Work Model:5 days a week onsite Description: Leading a team which would be responsible for Key HR system for a Manufacturing industry customer. You would be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining custom solutions within the Workday platform, including configuring applications, creating integrations, building reports, and customizing workflows, collaborating closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into functional Workday applications while ensuring system efficiency and data integrity. Our client is expanding their data operations team, we are on the lookout for  a Data Integration Engineer. In this role, you'll play a key part in connecting enterprise systems, ensuring reliable data exchange, and enabling smarter business decisions through clean, consistent, and accessible data. This is an hybrid opportunity in Co Cork - all candidates will need to be able to work onsite 3 days per week.   Responsibilities <ul><li>Design, develop, and maintain integration solutions using APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.</li><li>Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across integrated platforms.</li><li>Troubleshoot integration issues and provide technical support to teams and stakeholders.</li><li>Collaborate with developers, analysts, and business teams to understand data flow requirements and implement effective solutions.</li><li>Document integration processes, configurations, and mappings clearly and thoroughly.</li></ul> Requirements <ul><li>5+ years of experience in system integration or related roles.</li><li>A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.</li><li>Strong knowledge of APIs (REST/SOAP), middleware technologies, and data transformation methods.</li><li>Experience with ETL tools and proficiency in languages such as Python, Java, or SQL.</li></ul> *Cleo Integration Cloud platform experience/knowledge would be an advantage.
