Requirements:<ul><li>Dealing with day-to-day IT tickets at 1st/2nd line level</li><li>Windows 10/Windows 11 Administration</li><li>Office 365 tenant administration including Outlook, TEAMS and SharePoint</li><li>Basic SharePoint administration</li><li>New user set up including laptop, desk phone and monitor hardware deployments</li><li>Basic Active Directory administration including new user creations and management of groups</li><li>Printer service management</li><li>Apple phones/iPads administration. This is a varied role which includes desktop builds, hands-on Comms Room duties and systems administration. Candidates should be able to disassemble desktop PCs and replace / upgrade components. This is a hybrid opportunity with excellent learning opportunities. You should be open to a weekly rotating shift of 9 AM - 5 PM and 6.30 AM - 3 PM.
