The project Manager will be part of a team delivering projects across the Change Healthcare product portfolio, these will include but not limited to Radiology, Cardiology, Workflow, Business Intelligence, technology refreshes and custom projects based on specific customer requirements. In general, the product line projects are split into new installs, upgrades and add-on's, a custom project usually falls within the healthcare environment however we will provide services to fulfil Customer requirements as requestedSchedule: Full-time position, Monday - Friday with standard working hoursCareers with Optum offer flexible work arrangements and individuals who live and work in the Republic of Ireland will have the opportunity to split their monthly work hours between our Ireland Officesand telecommuting from a home-based office in a hybrid work model. Primary Responsibilities: <ul style="margin-top:0in"><li>Lead and implement Customer projects from initiation through to closure</li><li>Scope, plan, and delivery of projects to agreed timelines, quality, and budget</li><li>Ability to scope, lead and implement technical infrastructure projects</li><li>Management of project / program stakeholders both internal and customer facing</li><li>Create and manage project initiation documents, project plans, defining scope, deliverables, budgets, timelines & milestones, and other documentation as required by the project</li><li>Ensure change management processes are followed to ensure delivery within budget and maximize revenue opportunities</li><li>Accountable for forecasting projects and associated revenue profile over time</li><li>Ensure adequate, robust governance is put in place at all levels</li><li>Create accurate and effective Management Information on the delivery status</li><li>Proactively manage risks and issues through accurate and timely identification, mitigation, and closure</li><li>Support Sales team with tender responses and other Sales activities as required</li></ul>You will be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role, as well as providing development for other roles you may be interested in.Required Qualifications: <ul style="margin-top:0in"><li>Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in a Computer Science or Information Technology discipline</li><li>Project management experience</li><li>Project management qualification such as Prince 2 etc.</li><li>Experience in implementing Radiology systems from a vendor to public sector organisation (HSE/NHS)</li><li>Experience delivering from Vendor to public sector health systems e.g. HSE / NHS</li><li>Proficiency with MS Project, MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Visio)</li><li>Experience delivering into a public sector healthcare environment</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications: <ul style="margin-top:0in"><li>Experience of using Smartsheets in a project delivery environment</li><li>Agile delivery experience</li><li>Experience using SharePoint, Jira, Confluence</li><li>Ability to work with product management and software development teams</li></ul>Soft Skills:<ul style="margin-top:0in"><li>Communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Attention to detail</li><li>Presentation, training and facilitation skills</li><li>Flexible approach, with the ability to work on your own initiative</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines</li><li>Ability to coordinate multiple projects that might be geographically widespread</li></ul>Please note you must currently be eligible to work and remain indefinitely without any restrictions in the country to which you are making an application.
