Values of respect, collaboration, service, support, and challenge are indicative of the culture and climate fostered by the business.ResponsibilitiesYour Responsibilities:<ul><li>Act as the primary contact for our SEO clients and partners, helping them resolve their concerns.</li><li>Represent our company and SEO product with excellent customer service.</li><li>Manage the implementation of SEO packages for our clients, including regular meetings, on-site recommendations and changes, and distribution of off-site work.</li><li>Assign SEO tasks to our fulfilment department.</li></ul>What We Expect from You:<ul><li>At least six months of experience in customer service.</li><li>Fluent spoken and written German skills are essential.</li><li>Good English skills (for internal communication only).</li><li>Proficiency in using standard Google tools (Drive, Sheets, Docs).</li><li>Excellent online communication skills, with the ability to clearly and effectively express your thoughts.</li><li>Creative and logical thinking, with the ability to work within time and quality standards.</li><li>Strong conflict resolution skills to handle situations where clients are dissatisfied.</li></ul> </td></tr><tr><td>NUMBER OF YEARS PREFERRED EXPERIENCE</td><td>Outgoing and positive personalityWorking Hours:<ul><li>Fully remote , you need to be based in Ireland</li><li>8:45 AM – 5:15 PM (CEST +1 GMT), Monday to Friday.
