The Role Graduate Shift Managers are responsible for the overall leadership, direction and coordination of Production employees. The person will manage shift employees to achieve key business objectives of product quality, order fulfilment, OEE, labour efficiency, health and safety and budget control. The person will also act as cover in the absence of the Plant manager and support the Plant Manager in Operations as appropriate. Your base location will be Leixlip, Kildare, however you will travel extensively across Europe and Asia for the duration of this program.The 9-month program is aimed at ambitious new graduates looking for an exciting career in the semiconductor industry.As a member of the Field Service Engineer Program, you will participate in a blended learning environment where you will receive FSE certification through hands-on equipment training on Applied’s broad portfolio of products.
