We are seeking an experienced <strong>Operations Manager</strong> to oversee both the warehouse and transport departments in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. This role is central to ensuring seamless collaboration between departments while maintaining the highest operational standards.<br/><h4><strong>Role Overview</strong></h4><br/>As the <strong>Operations Manager</strong>, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse and transport teams, fostering cooperation and teamwork between both departments. With 80+ team members in both departments, you will directly oversee department supervisors and ensure smooth workflow and communication across all areas.<br/><br/>This is a key leadership role where you'll leverage your logistics expertise, operational insight, and leadership skills to drive efficiency and achieve business goals.
