The ER Executive is a key part of the team. The role requires understanding of the role of the third-party industrial relations and employment institutions in Ireland. It is a Hybrid role. Responsibilities: <ul><li>Provide technical expertise and specialist advice on a broad range of IR/HR and employment rights to members including terms and conditions of employment, disciplinary and grievance procedures, redundancy, bullying and harassment, absence, sickness etc.</li><li>Review Member policies to ensure compliance with relevant statutory and legislative obligations</li><li>Prepare written submissions for third party hearings</li><li>Represent member companies before third party employment bodies</li><li>Deliver training in the area of Industrial Relations/Employment legislation</li><li>Keep abreast of employment law; industrial relations and human resource developments</li><li>Be an active participant on various project teams as required</li></ul> Qualifications: <ul><li>Primary degree preferably required in Human Resource or Diploma/CIPD qualification in Industrial Relations/Employment Law with at least 4 years HR/Employment Law experience within a busy HR/Legal environment</li><li>Comprehensive knowledge of Employment Law and its application in unionised and non-unionised workplaces</li><li>Industrial Relations and Human Resource Developments in Ireland and globally</li><li>Experience in representing companies at 3rd party industrial relations institutions</li><li>Industrial Relations/Human Resource experience and/or people management experience</li><li>Interfacing regularly with Senior Company Executives up to CEO level</li></ul>

Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to safeguard the Company's interests.</li><li>Ensure that customer expectations are being met, consistently and professionally, in accordance with agreed SLA's and that the team are always providing quality customer care</li><li>Partner with internal hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and to ensure delivery of all resourcing requirements</li><li>Responsibility for the design and implementation of standard operating procedures within the division</li></ul> Strategic Planning <ul><li>Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.</li><li>Develop marketing initiatives and events to support the resourcing effort in conjunction with the marketing department</li><li>Identify and nurture new opportunities within our client base and internally within Ergo</li></ul> Client Relationship Management/Account Management <ul><li>Establish strong business relationships with our Clients</li></ul> Vendor Management <ul><li>Manage and review vendors to optimise the delivery, quality and cost effectiveness of vendor services</li><li>Ensure the best use of resourcing platforms and licences, manage renewals and QBR's</li></ul> Budget & Reporting <ul><li>Devise the annual resourcing budget and manage to this, tracking costs, commissions and other expenses.</li><li>Develop and maintain recruitment metrics and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.</li></ul> Education, Qualifications and Skills <ul><li>5 years successful track record in an IT recruitment capacity with at least 2 years at Manager level.</li><li>Proven ability to deliver results and meet targets.</li><li>Experience in an agency/consultancy environment required</li><li>People management experience and expertise essential</li><li>Experience in strategic planning & execution</li><li>Experience with negotiation, conflict management and change management</li><li>Strong knowledge of social media tools and best practice approaches, and e-recruitment tools and systems</li></ul>
