Position: Person In Charge (PIC) Contract: Permanent, Full-Time Salary: €54,157 - €63,245 (HSE Social Care Leader Scale) Location: Kilkenny About Us Aurora provides community-based residential and day services for adults with intellectual disabilities, supported by a team of 300+ healthcare professionals. We support over 80 adults with intellectual disabilities in our dedicated and compassionate environment. Role Overview We are seeking a key driver and champion to support people in living fulfilling, self-determined lives. The PIC will lead daily operations in collaboration with their line manager, acting as a central communicator for families, multidisciplinary teams, senior management, and the community. Flexibility, teamwork, and a commitment to our vision are essential.
