You'll oversee maintenance, site services, and drive process improvements while supporting cost reduction and best practices. This FEHS job has come about due to growth and expansion, and is a newly created FEHS job. You will be joining a multinational company who support their staff and encourage progression and personal development. Key Responsibilities: Facilities: <ul><li>Maintain buildings, plant, and infrastructure.</li><li>Manage personnel, budgets, and contractors.</li><li>Oversee utilities, security, and site projects.</li><li>Lead cost-saving initiatives (e.g., energy efficiency).</li></ul> EHS: <ul><li>Ensure compliance with all relevant laws.</li><li>Implement EHS programs and train employees.</li><li>Coordinate audits, permits, and risk assessments.</li><li>Manage waste streams and liaise with authorities.</li></ul> Additional Info: Must live near the site (Ringaskiddy) for emergencies. Strong communication and leadership skills required. Authority to stop unsafe practices. Requirements: Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or similar.
