Oversee all daily administrative duties in the office and ensuring that the office is operating efficiently by managing ad hoc tasks such as office supplies, arranging couriers, collating expenses, arranging travel, liaising with external third parties (cleaners, IT support), etc. Provide other administrative support as necessary to the wider senior team, undertaking research, formatting, archiving documents, helping prepare tenders, aid in preparing marketing material and creating reports or presentations.
