We are in a phase of growth and now have an opening for a Fine Art  freight forwarder.</td></tr><tr><td>POSITION DESCRIPTION</td><td>The Ocean and Air Freight Forwarder will have overall responsibility for managing day to day coordination and management of a number of operations. They should excel at management through delegating tasks and should demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. They will be responsible for all Oceans and Air operational efficiencies including working as a team leader, liaising with clients, coordinating and managing day-to-day allocation of duties.Key Duties & Responsibilities: ·        Coordinate the end-to-end logistics of fine art shipments, including air imports/exports, customs clearance, and transportation.·        Coordinate with internal teams (operations, drivers, and technicians) to ensure smooth execution of transport and installation·        Prepare and review shipping documentation, including air waybills, export/import paperwork, and customs declarations.·        Act as the main point of contact for clients (private collectors, galleries, museums) to ensure all needs are met.·        Organise national and international transport   ·        Invoicing, filing and back up assistance for Art department·        Maintain meticulous records of all shipments, including tracking details and documentation for customs purposes.<ul><li>Closely working with import and export team</li><li>Assistance in art store and packing areas and installation sites</li></ul>·        Be self-motivated and prepared to work on own initiative·        Possess the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality in all aspects of the role·        Must be a team player, yet highly self-driven and ambitious·        Possess commercial sense·        Responsive and flexible approach to work, with a “can-do” attitude·        The ability to work under tight deadlines and high pressure·        On the adhoc duties as required </td></tr><tr><td>NUMBER OF YEARS PREFERRED EXPERIENCE</td><td><ul><li> Minimum of 1 years’ experience as a freight forwarder is essential</li><li>Knowledge of the ocean and air industry, good relationship with air and shipping lines</li><li>Excellent communication skills and customer centric attitude</li><li>Relevant qualification</li><li>Dangerous Goods knowledge is an advantage</li><li>Excellent knowledge of customs clearance and relevant formalities</li><li>Knowledge of Thyme IT system</li><li>Hands on approach and ability to meet deadlines and maintain priorities</li></ul>·        High level of IT proficiency and working knowledge of the following packages:  Email, Internet, MS Word , Excel, PowerPoint   Please submit all CVs to leisa@hrpgroup.ie </td></tr></tbody></table>
