Working hours 8:30-5 (Monday-Thursday). Friday finish 4pm. Salary: 30-33K Role/Responsibilities <ul><li>Complying with Health & Safety</li><li>Day to day procurement along, looking after all queries that come into head office.</li><li>Reporting directly to the procurement lead.</li><li>Adherence to strict deadlines, providing timely, accurate information.</li><li>Responsible for delivering KPIs.</li><li>Effectively manage client relationships</li><li>Other ad hoc duties as required including Invoice query resolution</li></ul> Candidate Profile <ul><li>Previous experience with engineering spare parts preferred</li><li>Strong procurement background with excellent administrative skills</li><li>Previous Pharma & GMP experience an advantage.</li><li>Previous experience using using ERP systems ie SAP, EAM's, Maximo Oracle etc. an advantage</li><li>Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask, work to deadlines and work under pressure.</li><li>Excellent Communication Skills both verbal and written.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal skills and telephone manner with strong presentation skills</li><li>Flexible approach to all areas of the role</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office particularly Excel essential</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li></ul> The successful candidate <ul><li>Excellent people skills with a focus on building and strengthening the client relationship</li><li>A strong focus on continuous improvement and attention to detail</li><li>Strong problem solving, creative skills, the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyse</li><li>High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.</li></ul>
