You will leverage AI enhanced solutions to help each customer to meet their marketing goals. Your ability as a leader, understanding of digital media, and entrepreneurial drive will inspire the team to help customers to expand their businesses with Google's latest advertising products and solutions. You will innovate to help customers achieve business growth through digitization and will enable the team to set and achieve business and product goals, and OKRs. You will own the strategy, forecasting, planning, and execution of the business.</p><p>In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with staff, operating in a transparent way, and setting an example of respect and inclusion. You will help find, grow, and retain the talent who are our Googlers and prepare our next generation of leaders. You will lead a distributed team of Managers and high performing Sales organizations, made up of executives and professionals. You will set the long-term agency and advertiser strategy for the business, and hold your teams accountable for executing on that strategy.
