The successful candidate will play a key role in promoting a "Right First Time" culture while overseeing the implementation of quality management plans, inspections, and reporting. <h3>Key Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li> Develop and promote a "Right First Time" culture within the project. </li><li> Monitor and report on Non-Conformances (NCs), conducting root cause analysis and follow-up to ensure corrective actions are implemented. </li><li> Inspect and sign off on any rework related to NCs. </li><li> Verify that all works align with approved Mock-Ups and First Of Kinds. </li><li> Collaborate with site and installation teams to review and enhance quality processes. </li><li> Develop and maintain a comprehensive Quality Management Plan. </li><li> Create and update Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards. </li><li> Oversee the implementation of Inspection & Test Reports (ITRs) and conduct regular audits. </li><li> Utilise the Procore platform to document daily ITRS and manage quality-related site activities. </li><li> Ensure all work complies with relevant codes, standards, and project specifications. </li><li> Track and report progress on quality-related activities for inclusion in project reports. </li><li> Manage and administer BCAR documentation, including weekly notifications, daily inspections, and coordination with the Assigned Certifier. </li><li> Compile and verify completion and ancillary certificates for all works. </li><li> Organise and track all handover documentation, including O&M manuals, as-built drawings, and product certifications. </li><li> Manage BREEAM certification processes, including site sustainability monitoring and monthly meetings with the BREEAM assessor. </li><li> Attend client, design, and site meetings to review quality and compliance standards. </li><li> Conduct timely site inspections with documented reporting to ensure adherence to quality and safety requirements. </li></ul><h3>Key Qualifications and Skills:</h3><ul><li> Proven experience in a quality-focused role within the construction industry. </li><li> Strong understanding of quality management systems, BCAR regulations, and BREEAM certification. </li><li> Experience with inspection, testing, and quality documentation. </li><li> Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. </li><li> Proficiency in Procore or similar project management software. </li><li> Strong communication and reporting abilities. </li></ul>

The Estimator will work on project cost control, from the offer stage through to handover and delivery of the manufactured products.
