eir evo talent are currently seeking applicants for a Business Continuity Analyst. This is a day rate contract position located with our client in Dublin. This is a hybrid role, requiring 2 days on site per week.  Key Responsibilities <ul><li>Business Continuity Planning: Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive business continuity and disaster recovery plans for IT systems and operations.</li><li>Risk Assessment: Conduct risk assessments and business impact analyses to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities to IT systems and operations.</li><li>Policy Development: Establish and maintain policies and procedures related to business continuity and disaster recovery.</li><li>Testing and Drills: Plan and conduct regular testing and drills to ensure the effectiveness of business continuity and disaster recovery plans.</li><li>Incident Response: Coordinate and manage incident response activities during disruptions or disasters, ensuring timely recovery of IT services.</li><li>Collaboration: Work closely with IT, security, and business units to ensure alignment and integration of business continuity plans with overall organisational objectives.</li><li>Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of business continuity and disaster recovery plans, including updates and revisions as necessary.</li><li>Training and Awareness: Develop and deliver training programs to educate staff on business continuity and disaster recovery procedures.</li><li>Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices related to business continuity and disaster recovery.</li><li>Continuous Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve business continuity and disaster recovery plans based on lessons learned and industry best practices.</li></ul>Qualifications <ul><li>Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business continuity, disaster recovery, or a related field.</li><li>Certifications: Relevant certifications such as Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), or similar are preferred.</li><li>Technical Skills: Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, systems, and applications. Experience with business continuity and disaster recovery tools and technologies.</li><li>Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess complex situations and develop effective solutions.</li><li>Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.</li><li>Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build strong working relationships.</li></ul> Candidates must be eligible to work in Ireland or currently hold a Stamp 1G/4 Visa to apply.
