Objective of the Role

Your Day to Day

  • Effectively and efficiently manage customer interactions and data in our CRM

  • Escalate and level-up conversations when needed for strategic accounts
  • Schedule outbound phone calls to follow up with potential prospects and customers

  • Work closely with sales and account management to ensure our customers receive the best in-class support

You will be a technical PA to our internal Customer Success Team, and digital concierge to our customers. This role is instrumental in assisting the sales and cs team with their bandwidth. We need you to take ownership of the support function, wowing our customers, so you gain their trust and become their first point contact.  

 

What Youll Need to Excel in this Role

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer success, sales or account management position supporting a software product 
  • A critical thinking mindset - we need someone who can think on their feet and come up with solutions, not continuously ask their team for the answer
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Office applications
  • Previous experience working with a CRM
  • A meticulous and relentless manner when it comes to following up with leads and customers
  • Great attitude and excellent teamwork skills - to collaboratively effectively cross-team and build strong relationships internally and externally 
  • Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks
  • A collect and confident demeanour to respond to customers and manage their expectations

Responsibilities

The primary responsibility of the Inside Sales Coverage Renewal Representative is to maintain and grow revenue with our existing customers. This is inclusive of managing current renewals, upselling prepaid maintenance and reinstating lapsed customers.   • Build knowledge on a specific technology solution area such as security, database or systems management products.  You will stay up to date on our new technology and support offerings which will enable you to increase your sales to your customers.  A successful individual will develop relationships with his / her peers in field sales, technical support or with the product managers to ensure customers’ needs are met.
  • Work independently managing full sales cycle to close
    • Leverage cross-functional resources to achieve results/meet customer needs
    • Partner with other members of the Renewal team and with field sales to support in the selling process

  • Required
    • Fluent in English and one of the following language: Italian, French or German
  • Advantageous
    • Bachelor’s degree
    • 2+ years of inside sales, renewal or account management experience (software related industry is preferred)
    • Strong organization skills with an emphasis on territory management
    • Excellent PC and internet skills with a strong understanding of Microsoft Office (specifically Outlook and Excel)
