The requirements for the desired Inventory Control Manager include but are not limited to: <ul><li>Lead the inventory control team to ensure all activities, such as cycle counting, material storage, and control audits are on track.</li><li>Manage an inventory control program across the site, overseeing over 7,000 SKUs, while ensuring full stakeholder support and compliance for accuracy.</li><li>Conduct root cause analysis to resolve inventory inaccuracies and collaborate with stakeholders to eliminate issues.</li><li>Drive process improvements to achieve best-in-class performance in both efficiency and compliance.</li><li>Provide analytical insights to support the Logistics Manager in optimizing logistics (e.g., material handling efficiency, storage utilization, labelling, and freight optimization).</li><li>Participate in continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives across the supply chain.</li><li>Work closely with IT to leverage current systems (particularly SAP) and implement system improvements.</li></ul> The qualifications for the desired Inventory Control Manager include: <ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, IT, Engineering, or a related discipline (QQI Level 8 equivalent).</li><li>Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in logistics or planning, ideally within a manufacturing environment.</li><li>Strong analytical ability to utilize ERP systems, preferably SAP, to drive process improvements, track activity, and support decision-making.</li><li>Proven track record of leading continuous improvement initiatives through data-driven strategies.</li><li>Leadership experience, either through direct team management or project oversight.</li><li>Broad understanding of supply chain management, with additional experience in production operations, procurement, or planning as a plus.</li></ul><ul><li>Strong team player with excellent relationship-building skills, both with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.</li><li>High-level planning and analytical skills with the ability to distill data into actionable insights.</li><li>LEAN-focused mindset, committed to driving continuous improvement.</li><li>Proficient in SAP or similar ERP systems, with a keen interest in utilizing these tools for ongoing improvements.</li><li>Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong business writing and presentation capabilities.</li><li>Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of managing workloads independently.</li></ul> If you feel that you fulfil the above qualifications please apply today with your CV.
