This role reports directly to the CFO and will lead the group's financial reporting, consolidations, and compliance across multiple global entities. The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA) with strong technical expertise, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record in managing finance operations across borders. This is a strategic role offering exposure to ERP systems, investor reporting, and business planning activities. Key Responsibilities: <ul><li>Lead monthly group consolidations and financial reporting</li><li>Oversee statutory accounts and year-end audit processes</li><li>Manage international finance teams and ensure compliance across jurisdictions</li><li>Drive forecasting, budgeting, and management reporting</li><li>Coordinate tax and regulatory filings globally</li><li>Support ERP improvement projects and finance system integrations</li><li>Partner with senior stakeholders on strategic finance initiatives</li></ul> Key Requirements: <ul><li>Qualified Accountant with 10+ years' post-qualification experience</li><li>Strong experience in group reporting, consolidations, and audit</li><li>International finance or multi-entity background</li><li>ERP system experience (NetSuite, Oracle, or similar)</li><li>Excellent Excel and financial analysis skills</li><li>Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement ability</li><li>Comfortable in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment</li></ul> This is a permanent, hybrid role based in Dublin with a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package.
