We are seeking a Team Leader to oversee inspection processes and lead a high-performing team in a regulated, low-volume, high-complexity production environment. What You'll Do <ul><li>Lead the Purchased Material Inspection team to achieve daily output targets while ensuring compliance with quality standards.</li><li>Oversee inspection activities for components and mechatronics, including First Article Inspection Reports (FAIRs) and lot inspections.</li><li>Manage stock purges and ensure timely resolution to minimise disruption to manufacturing.</li><li>Act as the first point of escalation for issues, using team resources to resolve problems efficiently.</li><li>Foster a collaborative and goal-oriented team culture, promoting quality and process improvement.</li><li>Implement schedules, allocate resources, and drive continuous improvement in manufacturing practices and standards.</li></ul> What We're Looking For <ul><li>Experience: Minimum 3 years in a leadership role, preferably in a regulated manufacturing environment.</li><li>Education: A degree (QQI Level 8) in Quality Management, Mechatronics, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience.</li><li>Expertise: Strong background in quality inspection activities, problem-solving, and process control in a regulated environment.</li></ul> Skills: <ul><li>Advanced knowledge of inspection methodologies, including PCBA visual inspection, precision measurement, and inspection of moulded and machined plastics.</li><li>Excellent communication skills (oral and written).</li><li>Ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver results under tight deadlines.</li></ul> Apply today!
