Cork, for an experienced Human Resources Executive. This is a full-time, permanent position, Monday to Friday, with some flexibility available for the right candidate. The HR Executive will oversee the day-to-day HR function on-site and play a key role in supporting management across all areas of people management. This position reports to both the General Manager and the Group HR Manager. Key Responsibilities: <ul><li>Oversee all daily administrative HR duties on-site</li><li>Foster a culture of employee engagement and open communication</li><li>Act as the point of contact for employee queries and issues</li><li>Support Heads of Department with recruitment, training, and performance management</li><li>Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes</li><li>Maintain accurate and compliant employee records (with a view to paperless)</li><li>Ensure statutory training is scheduled and recorded</li><li>Advise on employee relations issues and support disciplinary/grievance processes</li><li>Submit accurate weekly payroll information</li><li>Assist in implementing group-wide HR projects and initiatives</li><li>Monitor absenteeism and support return-to-work processes</li><li>Coordinate and track training needs across departments</li></ul> Candidate Requirements: <ul><li>Qualification in Human Resources Management or currently pursuing one</li><li>Minimum 3 years' experience in a HR role, ideally in a hospitality or service-based setting</li><li>Strong working knowledge of Irish employment legislation</li><li>Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills</li><li>Strong attention to detail and emotional intelligence</li><li>Confident supporting managers and dealing with conflict or sensitive matters</li><li>Ability to handle multiple priorities in a busy environment</li></ul> What's on Offer: <ul><li>Supportive and people-focused working environment</li><li>Career development and structured training opportunities</li><li>Free parking and staff meals on duty</li><li>Access to company pension and life insurance (after qualifying period)</li><li>Employee Assistance Programme (EAP)</li><li>Staff accommodation discounts across a group of hotels</li></ul> If you are a HR professional looking for a varied, hands-on generalist role within a warm and professional hospitality setting, we'd love to hear from you.
