This is a great opportunity to join a specialist accounts payable team on a full time and permanent basis. Once established and trained you can work on a Hybrid basis. Role/Responsibilities <ul><li>Processing invoices when necessary</li><li>Requesting supplier statements</li><li>Reconciling the supplier statements and creditors account</li><li>Creditors Reconciliations</li><li>Preparing monthly excel document containing payment schedule</li><li>Noting overdue/NGR, queried, missing invoices</li><li>Requesting missing invoices from the supplier</li><li>Scheduling payments</li><li>Preparing Batch payments</li><li>Setting up payments made through Fexco and Transfermate</li><li>Manage One-time vendor folder and reconciliations</li><li>Taking calls from suppliers</li><li>Cashflow reporting at weekly meeting</li></ul> Candidate Profile <ul><li>Previous accounts administration experience preferred</li><li>An accounting qualification desired but not essential</li><li>Proficiency using accountancy software packages</li><li>Exceptional numerical and analytical skills</li><li>Excellent IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office especially Excel, PowerPoint and Word</li><li>Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask, work to deadlines and work under pressure</li><li>Excellent Communication Skills both verbal and written</li><li>Excellent interpersonal skills and telephone manner</li><li>Fluency in English essential and must be confident in dealing with clients and vendors</li><li>Flexible approach to all areas of the role</li><li>Good keyboard skills essential</li></ul> For full details and to apply in strict confidence, send a current CV (MS Word preferred for ATS system) to Elizabeth Brannigan via link provided.
