Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all site operations are carried out in strict compliance with company HSQE requirements and standards.
  • Review of work packages to ensure all necessary information & permits are in place to execute the works safely and efficiently.
  • Daily management, supervision, and reporting, of direct labour resources, plant, and materials allocations.
  • Post construction survey and compilation of accurate information to prepare As-Built records.
  • Liaise proactively with the Client, consultants, the public and associated stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Engineering/Construction related discipline is essential
  • 3+ years of experience on WWTP 
  • Excellent programming and reporting skills
  • Management of the safety, program, temp works, quality and budget on the site
  • Highly computer literate in relevant tools, including MS Office, project programming and analysis tools
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Strong leadership and managerial ability

Role

 

Due to our continued expansion we now have an immediate opening for a Senior Security Consultantin Sligo, Ireland. 

Mission: to lead Cyber Security Consultancy engagements with clients and customer within financial services and payment card industries.  Focusing on delivery of PCI DSS and/or PA-DSS Information Security compliance assessments, Cyber Security Maturity Assessments and ISO27001 engagements.

 

Responsibilities

 

Main: 

  • Lead customer engagements and provide senior cyber security advice and services to a broad range of clients and industries.
  • Provide detailed analytical reporting, internal reporting metrics and program management.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to Junior consultants.

 

Preliminary Analysis:  

  • Identifying all the stakeholders, sponsors, technical references (e.g. IT Project Manager, Software Engineer, Security Analyst) of the client in order to define the initial conditions and the needs analysis

 

Gap Analysis and Scoping  

  • Review and validation of the PCI DSS scope and network segmentation controls, payment application design and functionality
  • Review of all locations and flows of cardholder data, as well as asset inventories
  • Conducting PCI standards interviews to have a complete map of information/data workflows, processes and procedures, payment card data flow, information security controls 
  • Conducting technical interviews to understand eventual data security problems from in-depth technical point of view
  • Producing Scoping and Gap Analysis Documentation

 

Remediation  

  • Providing the customer with a remediation plan/gap report
  • Guiding and supporting all the remediation processes ensuring that the gaps are mitigated correctly

 

Formal Assessment  

  • Conducting PCI DSS/PA-DSS related interviews with responsible employees in order to have a complete map of information/data workflows, processes and procedures, payment card data flows, application design and functionality
  • Conducting technical interviews to understand eventual data security problems from in-depth technical point of view
  • Analysis of network diagrams, asset lists to understand the infrastructure used by the customers
  • Analysis of Penetration Testing reports (PCI DSS Compliance Process) and/or performance of applications penetration tests and forensic analysis (PA-DSS Compliance Process) within ad-hoc penetration testing laboratories

 

Documentation  

  • Preparation, validation and approval Reports on Compliance (RoC) and/or Reports of Validation (RoV) according to the standard templates provided by PCI SSC
  • Preparation, validation and approval of Attestation of Compliance (AoC) and/or Attestation of Validation (AoV) according to the standard templates provided by PCI SSC
  • Submission all the documentation to PCI SSC for the final approval in case of PA-DSS process (signed RoV, AoV, Implementation Guide and Vendor Release Agreement)

Job Description

  • Safe and efficient operation of site life systems, such as Fire Alarm, Gas Detection and Access Control.
  • Effective contractor management.
  • Continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the operations in Facility areas.
  • Responsibility for the operation and maintenance of all site Facility systems on site, including but not limited to; Access Control, Fire Alarm System, Pest Control, Security, Site Communications, Sprinklers, Grounds & Building Fabric Maintenance, Plant Uniforms & General soft services.
  • Ensure all regulatory compliance requirements are fulfilled.               
  • Ensure correct spares are specified and maintained at adequate levels to maintain operations.
  • Operate planned and unplanned maintenance systems as defined in Engineering Department procedures.  Implement procedures for new equipment as required.  
  • Develop and implement maintenance strategies and plans for all equipment in Facilities.
  • Manage Department performance against defined KPIs.
  • Control and monitor safe working practices of team members and contractors while on site.
  • Support the Technology Transfer initiatives for incoming new products. This requires good communication and close cooperation with key Technology Transfer personnel from other departments.
  • Implement training programs and maintain up to date training records for key contractors such as Security personnel.       
  • Instigate maintenance improvement projects to improve availability and efficiency.
  • Lead quality investigations relating to Facility systems.
  • Ensure compliance with the Quality Department Document Management System.
  • Participate in the control of Safety and Environmental programmes.  Adhere to safe working practices as set out in the Safety Statement and other company safety rules.
  • Participate fully in cross-functional training initiatives.
  • Provide regular reports on the activities of the Facility & Utility group
  • Assist with the formation and control of operational budgets.
  • Leadership of site programmes to manage certain High Risk activities.
  • Participate in site EHS activities and ensure that the Facility personnel comply with legislation and best practice.
  • Actively foster an ethos and culture of safety awareness, where safety is accepted as an integral part of the overall business.
  • Work with all GC personnel, contractors and visitors to ensure that all safety policies, procedures and regulations are fully adhered to across the site on an ongoing basis.
  • Ensure compliance with legislative requirements as applicable to engineering/ maintenance systems.
  • Ensure that team are well trained to safely and effectively carry out their roles. Develop training for relevant personnel with a particular focus on direct operational and technical support personnel.
  • Preparation and delivery of training material as required.
  • Ensure timely completion of all SOP training and assessment tasks.
  • Ensure that all training and assessment is accurately and promptly recorded for themselves and other relevant personnel in accordance with TILGC procedures.
  • Maintain and improve their professional knowledge base. Keep up to date with all current trends and relevant legislation.
  • Participate fully in any cross functional training initiatives.
  • Drive and promote the corporate values of Takeda-ism within the workplace.
  • Actively foster, in cooperation with other TIL staff, an ethos and culture of safety awareness where safety is accepted as an integral part of the overall business. Ensure that Accident Reports / Beacon Events are completed in a timely manner after an event.
