SUMMARY OF ROLE: We are recruiting for a Credit Controller for our Client based in Ballycoolin, Dublin 15. Our client operates nationally and is a major construction and road materials testing service provider. This is initially a 12 month maternity cover with the potential of ongoing permanent employment with the company. Full training will be provided for the job.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:• Recording and invoicing service delivery dockets from site technicians, using company systems. This is a significant part of the role. • Managing customer credit limits and accounts. Most customers are long term repeat customers, so relationship maintenance is important. • Ensuring timely payments from customers and resolving payment issues. • Provide monthly credit control updates for management.ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS: • Experience in administration as the role involves recording and invoicing service delivery dockets from site technicians, using company systems • Knowledge and experience of credit control. • Experience in identifying credit control problems and resolving overdue accounts • Ability to analyse customer accounts and co-ordinate day to day debt management with other members of the credit control team. • Good computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office • The ideal candidate should be a good communicator and be able to work deadlines.RATE OF PAY: €36,000 annual salary.WORKING HOURS: Monday to Friday 8.30am-5pm.JOB CODE: QED0395
