Job Description

What you will be doing:
  • Taking responsibility for all day to day aspects relating to the management and maintenance of the cleaning service within the contract specification to the agreed performance, qualitative and financial targets

  • Planning staff rota’s and manage staff hours worked, sickness and annual leave to ensure staff are paid correctly  
  • Carrying out regular reviews to monitor team members performance and adherence to standards  
  • Ensuring that all equipment is in safe working order, checked regularly and serviced  
  • Scheduling of work within the specified details of the contract

  • Reporting any incidents of accident, damage or other irregularities and take such action as may be appropriate  

What you will need:
  • At least 1 year experience in a similar position

  • Must have a clean B license, be familiar with driving in the Cork area
