SUMMARY OF ROLE: We are currently recruiting for a Kitchen Assistant for our Client based in Dublin 12. The company produces high-quality fresh food for customers, including hotels, restaurants, creches, industrial and event caterers, with consistency to their set menus and recipes. This is a role in a production environment rather than a hotel kitchen/restaurant. This is a full-time position with the company, and the successful candidate will have an opportunity to progress within the company.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Peeling and chopping fruit for fruit salads; • Preparing vegetables for the vegetable bouquets; • Following HACCP procedures; • Ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations.ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS: • Kitchen experience; • Knife skills • Good team player & self-motivated; • Focused on quality with attention to detail.
