This is a hybrid role(3 days a week onsite) Responsibilities and Duties <ul><li>Sourcing & Negotiation</li></ul>            -Lead sourcing activities, including RFP/RFI processes, to secure competitive pricing, favorable contract terms. (example: S4HANA migration project, engineering tools implementations, datahub implementation …).              -Negotiate contracts with new and existing suppliers, ensuring compliance with legal, risk, and procurement policies. (example: TCS, HCL, Accenture) <ul><li>Full support of the category strategy execution: -Support in implementing category strategies for IT services, aligning with organizational objectives and ensuring alignment with key stakeholders. -Stay updated on market trends, emerging technologies, and supplier developments relevant to IT services.</li><li>Stakeholder Collaboration -Partner with internal stakeholders (IT, finance, legal, etc.) to define service requirements, set strategic goals, and ensure alignment with procurement objectives. -Act as a trusted advisor on category insights and market dynamics, providing recommendations on supplier selection, cost savings, and risk mitigation.</li><li>Risk Management & Compliance -Support and mitigate risks within the IT services supply chain, including vendor dependencies, cybersecurity, and compliance. -Ensure that all procurement activities align with corporate compliance, risk management, and regulatory standards.
