eir evo talent are currently seeking applicants for a Business Continuity Analyst. This is a day rate contract position located with our client in Dublin. This is a hybrid role, requiring 2 days on site per week.  Key Responsibilities <ul><li>Business Continuity Planning: Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive business continuity and disaster recovery plans for IT systems and operations.</li><li>Risk Assessment: Conduct risk assessments and business impact analyses to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities to IT systems and operations.</li><li>Policy Development: Establish and maintain policies and procedures related to business continuity and disaster recovery.</li><li>Testing and Drills: Plan and conduct regular testing and drills to ensure the effectiveness of business continuity and disaster recovery plans.</li><li>Incident Response: Coordinate and manage incident response activities during disruptions or disasters, ensuring timely recovery of IT services.</li><li>Collaboration: Work closely with IT, security, and business units to ensure alignment and integration of business continuity plans with overall organisational objectives.</li><li>Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of business continuity and disaster recovery plans, including updates and revisions as necessary.</li><li>Training and Awareness: Develop and deliver training programs to educate staff on business continuity and disaster recovery procedures.</li><li>Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices related to business continuity and disaster recovery.</li><li>Continuous Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve business continuity and disaster recovery plans based on lessons learned and industry best practices.</li></ul>Qualifications <ul><li>Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business continuity, disaster recovery, or a related field.</li><li>Certifications: Relevant certifications such as Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), or similar are preferred.</li><li>Technical Skills: Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, systems, and applications. My client is looking for a detail-oriented, analytical, and highly organized Business Analyst to join our team remotely (you must be based in Ireland as the off visit to Dublin may be required). You will be responsible for gathering and interpreting data, identifying trends, and helping the organization make data-driven decisions. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex data into actionable insights.
