With our hands at work across all aspects of health, we use the most advanced development tools, AI, data science and innovative approaches to make the healthcare system work better for everyone. As Associate Director of General Management, you’ll be responsible for working with key business and technical partners to develop industry-leading data solutions that provide insights and analytics that drive efficiency and value to clients.  Schedule: Full-time position with standard working hours of Monday - Friday from 9am to 5pm.Primary Responsibilities:<ul style="margin-top:0in"><li>Manage intake, communications and tracking of change activities (internal, Regulatory, Compliance) across Business and Technical Functions</li><li>Develop process flows and controls to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of change activities</li><li>Partner with key stakeholders regarding change activity impact, risks and issues </li><li>Lead and coordinate change activity discussion with stakeholders and impacted functions</li><li>Ensure compliance to the change/governance process highlighting non-compliance, risks and issues in a timely manner</li></ul>You will be rewarded and recognised for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role, as well as providing development for other roles you may be interested in.Required Qualifications:<ul style="margin-top:0in"><li>Bachelor's Degree in Business Analysis or a comparable discipline with prior experience in governance and tracking role being advantageous</li><li>Advanced analytical abilities to compile, structure, examine, and present substantial data with precision and thoroughness<a rel="nofollow"></a></li><li>Project management skills and experience</li><li>Ability to coordinate across multiple time zones with demanding stakeholders</li><li>Ability to contextualize and translate business needs and requirements to a technical audience</li><li>Awareness of technology delivery pipelines</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul style="margin-top:0in"><li>Process Improvement Certification – Lean Six Sigma, etc.</li><li>Experience in leadership reporting and communication  </li><li>Experience with project management / Agile development methodology</li><li>Cloud based technology certification</li><li>Healthcare / Pharmacy experience</li></ul>Soft Skills:<ul style="margin-top:0in"><li>Communication, coordination, and presentation capabilities, adept at simplifying change impact to audiences without a technical background</li><li>Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while demonstrating good level of maturity</li></ul>Please note you must currently be eligible to work and remain indefinitely without any restrictions in the country to which you are making an application. Working cross functionally to deliver enhanced provider experience, removing friction from workflows both internally and externally and delivering products that supports cost and productivity, growth and digital transformation objectives.Careers with Optum offer flexible work arrangements and individuals who live and work in the Republic of Ireland will have the opportunity to split their monthly work hours between our Dublin or Letterkenny and telecommuting from a home-based office in a hybrid work model.  Primary Responsibilities:•    Be part of the team that shapes and delivers strategies that delivers savings for the company more than $3.0bn •    Lead the identification, development, evaluation, and implementation of initiatives to achieve savings targets. •    Lead multiple cross functional end-to-end projects to deliver strategic initiatives, displaying strong project leadership skills. •    Manage detailed project plans that capture dependencies, cross program impacts and defined milestones. •    Review the Recovery Technology processes to facilitate the identification of areas for improvement and removal of waste. •    Work in close collaborative partnership with business leaders in defining, prioritizing and achieving strategic objectives and, ensuring projects delivered meet the approved business objectives and requirements. •    Collaborate and partner with stakeholders to develop an excellent working relationship, maximizing available resources (PIA, PIDI Analytics, Reporting, PE) and ensure planned results are delivered. •    Provide support to other leaders across the wider function in the US, Ireland, and the Philippines. •    Demonstrate a Quality mindset. •    Create, monitor, and manage system KPIs for the function. •    Analyze and translate data to determine financial impact and develop recommendations for action plans.
