The successful candidate will lead a team of Automated Test Engineers to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing automated testing strategies, driving continuous improvement, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust software solutions tailored to the needs of opticians and optometrists. The company operates in a hybrid working environment, with employees working in the office three days per week.
