automation</li><li>Experience working within Agile and DevOps environments, with familiarity in frameworks such as Scrum, SAFe, LeSS, or Spotify model</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul style="margin-top:0in"><li>Familiarity with the U.S. Health Insurance industry, particularly in areas such as claims adjudication, payments, and eligibility processes.</li><li>Experience or certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.</li><li>Formal training or practical experience in change management frameworks (e.g., PROSCI, ADKAR).</li><li>Solid understanding of the SDLC, with hands-on experience in Agile delivery models.</li><li>Awareness of trends and applications in AI, machine learning, and other emerging technologies, with the ability to
